602001 SE Organisation einer wissenschaftlichen Fachtagung (2025S)
The course is aimed at doctoral students who are interested in acquiring
skills in conference organization.

conference unfortunately coincide with those of our retreat.

Die jährlichen Konferenzen der _European Academy of Religion_ bringen
Forscher*innen der verschiedensten Disiplinen (Religionswissenschaft,
Philosophie, Theologien, Literaturwissenschaften,
Sozialwissenschaften,..) zusammen. Mit über 1000 Teilnehmer*innen
gehören sie zu den weltweit größten Veranstaltungen zu
religionsbezogener Forschung. Die EuARE 2025 findet von 8. bis 12. Juli
in Wien statt.
Studierenden wird die Möglichkeit geboten, an der Organisation dieser
Konferenz mitzuwirken. Das bringt: Erwerb von Kompetenzen im Bereich
Konferenzorganisation ECTS-Punkte (siehe unten: anrechenbares Package)
Befreiung von den Tagungsgebühren und somit gratis Teilnahme an der
gesamten Konferenz Anrechenbares Package zur Begleitung der Konferenz
EuARe 20225 (https://www.europeanacademyofreligion.org/euare2025) für
Studierende im Doktoratsstudium Philosophie :
* Teilnahme an den Blockterminen (insgesamt 21 Stunden) des Seminars
"Organisation einer wissenschaftlichen Fachtagung
(https://ufind.univie.ac.at/de/course.html?lv=602001&semester=2025S -
bitte anmelden, dann ist die Kommunikation einfacher)
* Hilfe bei Vorbereitung der Konferenz (Aufgaben im Umfang von nicht
mehr als 5 Stunden)
* Teilnahme und Mithilfe an 2 Konferenztagen (oder 1 Tag + 2 halben
Tagen, oder Äquivalent) (mit besonderer Zuteilung zu Sektionen mit
philosophischen Inhalten) (etwa 21 Stunden)
* Verfassen von Reflexionen zu ausgewählten Panel-Vorträgen (4-6 Seiten)
Für dieses Package erhalten Studierende im Doktoratsstudium Philosophie
(SPL 43) 4 ECTS (die DSPL Philosophie hat zugesagt, diese ECTS auf
Antrag anzurechnen).

The annual conferences of the European Academy of Religion bring
together researchers from a wide range of disciplines (religious
studies, philosophy, theologies, literary studies, social sciences,
etc.). With over 1000 participants, they are among the world's largest
events on religion-related research. EuARE 2025 will take place from
July 8 to 12 in Vienna.
Students are offered the opportunity to participate in the organization
of this conference. The benefits:
- Acquisition of skills in the field of conference organization
- ECTS points (see below: creditable package)
- Exemption from conference fees and thus free participation in the
entire conference
Creditable package to accompany the EuARe 20225 conference

the doctoral program in Philosophy (SPL 43) :
* Participation in the sessions of the seminar “Organization of a
scientific conference”

please register, then communication is easier) (21 hours in total)
* Help with the preparation of the conference (tasks of no more than 5
hours)
* Participation and assistance on 2 conference days (or 1 day + 2 half
days, or equivalent) (with special allocation to sections with
philosophical content) (about 21 hours)
* Writing reflections on selected panel presentations (4-6 pages)
Students in the doctoral program in Philosophy (SPL 43) receive 4 ECTS
for this package (the DSPL Philosophy agreed to recognize these ECTS if
a student applies for it).
