Dear VDP members, the Vienna Doctoral School together with the Postdoc Career Development Unit of the University of Vienna organizes a pragmatic academic event on careers outside academia. There will also be time for socializing over snacks and drinks between prae and post-docs. Here is a brief description of the event: 12 June 2025, 10:00-13:00 3A NiG, Universitätsstraße 7, 1010 Wien Kick-off with a hands-on workshop led by career coach Martin Buxbaum (LBG Career Center), diving into diverse opportunities outside academia.
