Dear VDP Members, I am writing to ask if you would like to register for hot office space at the NiG for the next semester. Please only register if you plan to use the office (A0327B NiG) regularly, i.e., at least twice per week during the semester. One problem during the pilot program was registration without regular attendance. We would like to avoid this issue in the upcoming semester, as number of registrations are limited. Thus, please think about whether you can make such a commitment before registering. If you registered for the pilot program last semester, you must register again for the upcoming semester. If you do not intend to register or do not register, please return the keycard to the VDP office (B0301, NiG) as soon as possible. Please respond to this email by the end of the month.
