Dear VDP colleagues, During the Doctoral Assembly in the winter semester, the question arose as to how outreach and other academic activities can be made visible (apart from ECTS recognition). As discussed in the Doctoral Student Assembly during the summer semester, you could use u:cris, the official research platform from the University of Vienna, for this purpose. This comes with several advantages: * You can showcase your research and outreach activities on the official research platform of the University. This option is available to all PhD students, not just those employed at the University of Vienna. * The Doctoral School gains a better overview of publications and activities. What to do (if you want to use this service): 1. Log in with your u:account credentials at: https://ucrisportal.univie.ac.at/en/ (scroll to the bottom of the page to sign in). 2. Add any information you'd like to display (e.g. publications, talks, outreach). 3. You also have the option to link your u:cris profile to the VDP website under your name: https://vd-philosophy.univie.ac.at/members/phd-researchers/ Send an email to vd.philosophy@univie.ac.at<mailto:vd.philosophy@univie.ac.at> to request that your u:cris profile be linked to your profile on the VDP website.
