Lieber Ratfragender, liebe, heftig streitende Liste,

The Semantic Systems approach as a way to manage the New Normal
The ISSCSH talk's synopsis In a semantic systems approach, we introduce an
interaction-based model of active system elements. Each element is seen sourced in its
underlaying potential. The potential guarantees the element's distinct insideness.
Also reigning its interactional specifics, it allows each coherent inside to specifically
combine with other insides, to create larger coherent systems via adaptive convergence.
Issuing distinct, but not isolated insideness, our model allows access to the topic of
individuality, understood as enacting personhood in specific interaction with a context,
and with a manifold of parallel contexts. In the practical approach, we strengthen
context-sensitive individuality in care and healthcare settings. This goal is achieved by
interacting in groups emerging from voluntary engagement and participation. To avoid
psycho-bubble and potentially deleterious disclosure of personal topics, we use as-if
techniques in the form of improv theatre and a range of similar techniques. The intended
atmosphere is one of relaxation and fun. An island of freedom apart from, and not
dominated by, the overregulated realm of institutional metrics: this is, what may emerge
from this specified interaction. "Laugh along the way" gives the semantic energy
input necessary to redefine individuality and personal resources in a contextually
adapted, meaningful form. In not denying, but ironizing other coherences' negative
impact, participation in these free groups helps surviving in the New Normal, the
authoritarian, mandate-and exclusion-based climate of current political mainstream.

Metric space, time and energy are not the empiric ones. Instead, real space, as well as
real, empiric time are just aspects of the empiric unit made of semantic space, semantic
time, and semantic energy Extrapolation of differentiable aspects up to the level where
they appear to be separate entities and instances on their own, lead to the concepts of
metric space and time, and a corresponding concept of metric energy, the latter based on
the false concepts of mutually decontextualised time and space. Is the term
'false' appropriate for concepts that undoubtedly are practical, and show
practical effects? Here, 'false' means unempirical, because in fact space, time
and energy perform as an inseparable unit in every single moment. This unified trinity has
aspects that may be distinguished, but these aspects refer to the same unity which-in and
of itself-is inseparable and always performs as a unit. The question is how to correctly
address differentiable aspects of an empiric unit. The problem is that each of the
separable aspects intrinsically has features of the others, so that semantic space has no
pure spatiality in the common, metric sense, neither has semantic time pure temporality,
like what is mapped in everyday use of a so-called temporal 'dimension'. Instead,
spatiality in the empiric approach together with temporality and energising transforms
into structured opening of a potential-based action and interaction 'space', that
right from start is impinged with the directed grip towards its future, this way realising
its own timing and energising input. The generation of an action and interaction space
soaked with its intrinsic, genuine timing and energising results in another action and
interaction space, and so forth. The common ground of timing, spacing, and energising is
their joint being specifically, individually coherently structured; so, it is the
characterising coherence providing the source of the qualified timing, spacing, and
energising.

Hallo Liste,
MfG,
Der Ratfragende
